VPN split tunnel problem solved by using filters - any experiences?

Private Internet Access, PIA, has solved the VPN split tunnel issues in MacOS, that we have suffered from since 2021. I have installed it and it seems to work on server, a Mac Mini M2 Pro with Sonoma 14.4.

I have experienced twice that the server has lost all its shared connections to the network, but that has happened before without using VPN.
