You should not be running your Mac down to the ESTIMATED 10 to 15 percent range, if possible. The estimates at the low end are not very accurate, and your Mac may go to sleep or shut down at any moment when you get that low.

What is the condition of the battery as reported by macOS? If it is "Service Recommended", then it would appear the battery is either worn out or failing.
