This Connection is Not Private

Lately, I have been having issues where whenever I go to a website safari keeps telling me that the connection is not private. Even when I switch to Chrome or even incognito. I tried deleting Safari's cache and history but it still says the same thing, even when I update all my devices up to date.

I feel like this may have something to do with my IP address but I have no idea.

I am starting to get nervous that I am being hacked or something.

Almost every website that's not big like youtube.com, apple.com, and Netflix, Safari still says the connection is not private.

Please Help.

Simple first step: Confirm your Mac's clock and date are correct for your time zone.

Change Date & Time settings on Mac - Apple Support

Then: please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. If the problem remains, restart your Mac normally and await further instructions.

There will be a few more steps to take, but start with them first.
