Apple ID creation - Your request could not be completed at this time

I am trying to create another Apple ID for my friend's iPhone, but I can't create a new Apple ID.

See the attachment file. I tried several times but got the same result.

Can anyone help me?

Thank You.

“At this time" is a recent and unfortunately somewhat non-specific Apple catch-all error message. It could mean that you cannot connect to the Apple service you need to use, or it could mean there is something wrong in your information entry (but it doesn't tell you what exactly), and once you correct that, _then_ it is the right time. ;-)

Check if the problem is at Apple’s end of things and if there’s an issue with Apple's servers: Apple - Support - System Status

Check what you are doing is valid and has all the information required. Confer with Apple's documentation about the action you are trying to do. When creating an account make sure that all the information and payment method is consistent for that country. If you still have problems, contact official Apple Support:

Click here --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

If you have already created three Apple IDs on your Apple device within a year, you will not be able to create more. However, after one year, you can create additional accounts. Alternatively, you can use https://www.icloud.com/find to create accounts, as many users have been successful in creating accounts using this iCloud method instead of Apple ID. Furthermore, you can contact Apple Support here: Apple ID - Official Apple Support
