Apple ID and Apple Pay

I changed the email address associated with my Apple account. And the correct email address shows up under my name in Settings. However, when I purchase something with Apple Pay on that device, it still shows up as my old email address. How do I fix that? Also the old address still shows up when I do autofill. How do I fix that?
