Blue ring around my iPad

There is a blue ring around the screen of my iPad and occasionally places where I click to begin typing and my Magic Keyboard keeps glitching as well. I am not sure if these two are connected but I want to fix it.

Go to Settings > Accessibility > Keyboards > "Full Keyboard Access" and disable "Full Keyboard Access".

iPad keyboard pops up while using Bluetooth keyboard so I can’t see what I’m typing. IPad keyboard pops up when I’m using my Bluetooth keyboard. It has worked great in the past, with no issues. Suddenly, it’s not working. I tried turning everything off, disconnecting, etc. That didn’t fix it, so I bought a new keyboard but I’m having the same issue. Has this happened to anyone else? Purple Thin Lines on iPad My iPad Pro 11 inches 3rd generation 2021 recently started having a purple thin line on the screen that adds on during usage but returns back to one line after restarting. and when I searched it up it says to be a hardware problem, what are solutions that i can do at home
