Question mark on Ipad (7gen) keyboard

Hello tell me please, why is question mark(general(not turned)) located so far from useful place (I mean general (big one)) keyboard, I have to perform a lot of manipulations for put it, could you put general question mark on front page of keyboard, with opportunity to use it like (hold and swipe) ?

My keyboard is full of question marks?? I’ve tried resetting my phone and I’ve deleted and reinstalled my keyboard, but it’s still full of question marks. For example at same location where general dot, but with hold and swipe up, for dot leave swipe down…
