iCloud and Find My greyed out

Just updated from an iphone 12 to a 15 - since transferring all my data over it wont allow me to turn on iCloud or Find My Phone. Nothing seems to work - and I am out of ideas - isnt syncing with iCloud anymore. Any ideas what to do?

Can't access "Find My" because of a glitch After we updated my phone to iOS 16.6 the "Find My" app completely did not work and it was impossible to add files to iCloud Drive. When we tried going to the Apple ID settings the "Find My" and the iCloud Drive settings were grey and not working it told us that we needed to accept the new privacy conditions but when we tried it told us that there was no internet connection even tho there was (we even added more money to my credit card and restarting the phone but it did not help). We tried changing the privacy settings in screen time but it did not help. We backed up the phone and tried to erase the content but it did not allow us. We tried different methods we found online but none of them worked.

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions and set Passcode Changes and Account Changes to Allow.
