Blocked emails keep coming
After multiple blocking attempts emails keep coming from the same companies.

You block an email address, not a company. If the company uses different email addresses you are playing Wac-A-Mole in trying to block them. If they are a legitimate company they should have an “unsubscribe” link on every email that they will honor.
