Unable to stop my apps from shaking with a minus (-) sign
Mail app on homescreen has a shaking minus sign as if I want to delete it. I don’t want to delete it but can’t stop the shaking minis sign

It sounds like you're experiencing the common issue of app icons shaking on your iPhone's home screen, indicating that they are ready to be deleted or moved. Here's how you can fix this:

Tap anywhere on the screen where there is no other app, or swipe up from the bottom of the screen.
Try this. Tap the "-" icon. You'll be offered to remove the app from the home screen. It won't delete it but move it to the App Library. Then go to the App Library and move it back to your home screen.
Yes, a "Cancel" option is offered but, if you tap it, the icons still giggle (at least when you are in Edit mode and all the icons are giggling ).
My understanding is that the OP has only one icon giggling. Moving it to the App Library could be an option.
AI suggestion 3 is the nuclear option. If you do it you will regret for the rest of your life, as it undoes all of the careful arrangement of apps and folders that you have set up. And is absolutely UNNECESSARY to solve this issue.
Actually, if you tap the “-“ one of the options will be to Cancel.
Hello~ Finding this is some of their other posts as well.

I’ve also seen others with spam links like this one had. But I notice the moderator caught it.
Hello again ~ Maybe with a little pointing out. Also seems to be fond of pointing towards third party repair shops who reportedly use “genuine Apple parts”
