That refers to an update to your MacBook, not to your iPhone. It’s an updated iOS driver for the Mac.

There’s nothing suspicious about an update to the Music app. You will have to do it if you ever want to sync your iOS devices to your MBP again.

This particular update is not an app update, so it won’t appear in the Mac App store.
