Display and Zoom- only two options available on iPhone 15 Pro Max

I just got my 15 Pro Max and went through the initial setup and updated to 17.4.1

During the initial setup when you get to the appearance screen you are given 3 options for the phones display size; Default, Medium or Large. (I chose default.)

After the initial setup, going into the Settings app > Display & Brightness > Display Zoom, you only have 2 options; Default and Larger Text.

How do you find the "Default" option that you see during the initial setup?

As having it on medium makes the letters seem partly blurry.
