It says my old Apple ID doesn’t exist anymore. I don’t know what to do.

I lost my phone and purchased the exact same iPhone 14. I cannot seem to get my Apple ID to work or my password. It says that they cannot find any account so I’m not sure if I had forgotten it or if for some reason it’s just not showing up how do I retrieve it?

iPhone 14 Plus, iOS 17

Typically an Apple ID is an email address you have used. If you are currently using a mobile device that is logged into your account, go to Settings and tap your name at the top.

Look in Keychain, and in a browser's security settings if you use it to automatically sign into Apple when using a browser.
