iPhone12 audio receiver no sound issue

I am facing the sound issue in iPhone 12 receiver. During call no sound is coming. I have visited to service center and diagnosed and suggest this is hardware issue. Then they told me about the program "iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro Service Program for No Sound Issues" but my device is not eligible for this program. I have purchased iphone12 in Jan 2022 now its out of warranty. I asked the service center girl what is the cost of receiver then she told me receiver is inbuild with display so you have to replace the complete display. Display cost is approx 28000 Indian Rupees. Which is too much high to spend. so I want to know why I am not eligible to this program because I am also facing the same issue. waiting for positive feedback. Thanks
