I am trying to add the Disney Gift Card but get an error message.
We can try to troubleshoot this. The email you received, does it have a link to add the e-gift card to Apple Wallet?
It might be possible to add the card from a link on Disney’s website or from within their mobile app. You would need to log into your account, find the e-gift card in your account, and then find a link to add the e-gift card to your Wallet.
You have your answer in the error message. The card cannot be used with Apple Pay and hence can’t be added to Wallet app.

Yes, you may be able to add it to your Disney account and then add the account to your Apple Wallet. Have you reached out to the Disney support team yet? That may be the best resource at this point.
That's annoying! I bought the e card specifically because a Disney rep said I could add to my wallet and use at at the parks. That is what other people said also. I don't get it, but I guess not fixable
I tried chatting but they said to call, and I can't use the phone at work. I bought a 25.00 ecard from the Disney Store and that had the link without a problem. But after I combined all of them in this new card it still shows "initial balance 25.00" . Is this okay or is it an issue?
No it does not :(
Maybe because I bought it at Target.
If I bought a new card on the disney website maybe it'll have the link? And then I could combine them.
