Transferring game file from android to ios

As I said, you will have to contact the App developer and see if they have set up a way. Even if you could transfer the actual app (which you cannot), it wouldn't run because the operating systems are different.

As for the app data, again you would get a better and more definitive reply from the developer. If they store the data on their platform and you log in with the same account then in theory it should reappear. If it is stored on the device itself, then they would have to have some way -if any- for you to transfer it.

It's up to the app developer – both as to whether you can get the game again on another platform without paying again, and as to whether you can transfer data (saved progress) (if this is the type of game where that matters).
