Sound comes from iPhone's speaker instead of buds after using microphone

HI I want to know the solution when i am listening so someone on an app and I have the option to use my microphone and then I started using my microphone in the app I see that the sound that was coming through my buds are now playing through my iPhones speaker and the only way that I have to be able to hear the person again is to not use my microphone and restart the app after every time I use my microphone in the app . Someone can help me with this .

All sound only coming from earpiece Hello there, so I recently noticed that any and all sounds coming from my iPhone 8 when I play videos, run apps of any sort or just listen to any form of audio, come out exclusively from my ear piece- the one speaker that’s beside the front facing camera-, while the two bottom speakers- the ones to the left and to the right of the power socket- don’t seem to work at all. IOS use external microphone with internal speakers Whenever I plug in a microphone to the ipad the internal speakers stop working. I would really like to be able to use both an external microphone and be able to hear though my speakers on the ipad at the same time. Is this possible to do? Thanks
