Change my account recovery device

I got a new iPhone and created a new icloud account. I am trying to down load gmail, youtube , google photos and it is sending the verification code to my old phone. How do i change that to go to my new phone. The phone number is the same. Do i go and sign-out of the old phone inside my google account? I don't have access to my old phone because the touch screen is not working and so there is no way to access it.
