Is there any way to track my Airtag history

Most likely not ... at least for now. Maybe something Apple will include as a feature in the future?

The AirTag does NOT know its location. It participates in the Apple Find My Network which consists of literally millions of iPhones. It's those iPhones that would receive the Bluetooth signal from the tag that only includes the tag's ID information. That phone would then relay the ID, along with the phone's GPS location, encrypted to the Apple servers over the Internet. It from those servers where you would see location updates for your tag on the Find My app on your iPhone.

AFAIK, that location is NOT stored on the phone or with your Apple ID's iCloud account. Thus, a third-party app would not have anything to access to get something that's not there to begin with.
