Mac Mini, Macmini1,1 intel core duo 1.66 Ghz ios 10.6.8 Can't CMD+Option+R computer

I reviewed older threads with similar problems but any solutions listed did not help me. I have a wired Mac keyboard plugged in and a wireless USB fob logitech mouse. I've tried all the keyboard combinations on restarting that are listed in many other sources. I've tried unplugging the wireless mouse usb fob from the keyboard before rebooting.

The Mac continuously reboots as normal in every scenario.

Any suggestions are appreciated. I am wanting to wipe the hard drive and reinstall OS in case I decide to sell this Mac mini or give it away.

That model's incapable of Lion or above and therefore can't use Apple's Internet Recovery system. Restart from a Mac OS X install DVD instead.
