I can’t delete apps on my iPhone what do I do

My storage is really bad and most of it is apps and I can’t delete apps or offload them

Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > "iTunes & App Store Purchases" and allow "Deleting Apps."
