no songs play just day they are loading, cant acesse profile or search

some songs cover art will pop up, but won’t play even though it says it is. only some songs are clickable. won’t allow me to access the profile, loading sign comes up. deleting and reinstalling the app did nothing. on iphone 12

Apple Music app will not work on my iPhone I open the app and it opens up to my library, but does not let me access my playlist. Instead, when I click on it my screen goes almost entirely blank, except for the three dots and arrow on the top corners of the screen, which do nothing when I press them.

App Music The App Music crashes immediately after the launch. I restarted my iPhone, update at the last OS version available, deleted the app and re-downloaded it. Nothing happened. Someone experience a similar concern?
