You’ll need to address your transaction with the merchant. The merchant has to finalize the transaction and submit the transaction for payment. Apple is not involved in that part.
The speed of transactions are controlled by the merchant, the merchant’s gateway processor, payment network (Mastercard, Visa etc.) and the bank that issued the payment method.
