How to disable the Music app on a Mac

I don't use the Music app, and I have not even clicked "Start Listening" on the initial prompt. But it keeps opening at random times (related to bluetooth headphones) and starts playing these audio recordings I have for my work. Is there a way to change it from being the default audio app? I would like to delete it, but that is not possible, and it's really annoying when I'm on a call, put my headphones on, accidentally tap the play capacitive button, and it starts playing random audio.

Stop Apple Music auto-launching when headphones removed How do I stop Apple Music from auto launching on my work computer (Macbook Air, M2 2022, Tahoe 26.3)? I do not subscribe to apple music nor am I signed in. I use wired headphones for work and everytime I remove them Apple music launches. One of the most annoying things I have to deal with.
