esim Airtel carrier issues

I tried activating Airtel eSIM on my iPhone 14 Pro more than 15 times and couldn’t activate. When I am trying to activate Airtel iPhone is asking for Jio eSIM🤦‍♂️. I have tried contacting Airtel and Apple support from last 15 days no resolution.

2 weeks back it was working with out any issues with 2 eSIMs (Airtel and Jio). Recently I had to convert my Airtel number from prepaid to postpaid. Since then I am unable to activate airtel eSIM.

Apple support is taking their own sweet time to resolve the issue, as if I am not bothered.

is there any way to make it work??
