My friend bought a jailbroke iPhone and now all her credit cards and etc have been stolen. She went to the Apple Store and they reset everything back to factory settings but now she can’t get into the cloud to get her phots back.

Wow, I don't know where to start.
I am surprised that the Apple store even tried to help with a jailbroken iPhone. However, the main reason for not being able to log into an Apple ID is that the password is not correct. See this:

Thank you Bill, my friend didn't know it was a jailbreak iPhone, she trusted the person she bought it from. She was told they had upgraded to a newer model and didn't need that one any longer, she got duped.
