Unsecured Network and Apple Music/Itunes issues on Wifi

Using Sonoma 14.3.1 on a '19MBP, things are always UTD. Whenever I get to a coffee shop with an unsecured network - this happens all the time and it is absolutely infuriating. I can not solve this, can someone figure this out? I hate using my hot spot.

There can be the fastest Internet on the planet, but I can not get music to play in iTunes and I do not want to download my music because of lack of disk space. (not an argument for this)

No matter how much I restart, update, new lease my network. Just never works and there are errors even when I try to download a song just to give it a go - even in Spotify it seems as well.

Help? PLZZZZ :)
