How to read Apple News on my laptop when I have Apple News through my AT&T account for my iphone?

I have apple news through my ATT account, I want to read apple news on my laptop. I log into my apple account on my laptop but cannot see how I would authorize News access from one account to the other.

AT&T is family sharing account.
