I am very frustrated a long time I’m back-and-forth with Apple in the bank. The bank is telling me everything is fine and Apple is telling me everything is fine and it doesn’t work please somebody try to help me.

Is the credit card on any other device (iPad, Apple Watch)?
What bank issued the credit card?
Do you use a VPN?
Have you reset network settings?
Lots of questions, I know, but I don’t know what Apple or the bank has done to remedy the situation.
I cannot add my credit card to Apple Pay
