Removing Shortcuts Banner IOS 17.4.1
Is there a way to remove the Shortcuts banner in IOS 17.4.1? I’m customizing my app icons, but Shortcut’s notifications are distracting.

I figured out a workaround! You have to manually add the Nothing action to each shortcut you have in the Shortcuts app, and put it on the top before your Open App action, as shown in the attached image. Hope this helps!

I contacted support, turns out there isn’t a way to fix this. I submitted a feature request.

Did you submit feedback to Apple?
Apple doesn't read here in this user-to-user forum for feedback or suggestions. And, frankly, I haven't seen that many complaints here. Unless a substantial number of people submit feedback to Apple (or Apple decides for reasons of their own), you're unlikely to see a change.
Yeah, I’ve got a shortcut running. I created a few so that I could use custom app icons. I am able to see the custom icons on my homescreen, but every time I select the custom icon, the app opens with a Shortcuts notification banner. The banner is distracting, but I can’t find a way to remove it on IOS 17.4.1
This worked! Thank you!!
here it is, go to "screen time", click "show activity" , choose "weekly", scroll down till you reach notification tab and select "shortcuts" , it should go to a tick box, thats all.
it works for ios 17.5.1
Thank you so so much! FINALLY!! I’ve watched a million videos and read a bunch of articles and nothing worked, what made the difference was moving the nothing action above open app! Thanks again! You’re a huge lifesaver lol 😉
I've never seen that on my iPhone. I'd guess it's telling you that a shortcut is running. Do you have any shortcuts for Spotify?

However, I see a lot of posts online that say it's no longer possible.
It’s this, I’ve only seen it be called a “notification banner.”
Where are you seeing this banner? A screenshot would be helpful.
Since the newest update, this has been happening. I remember it happening with a previous update and then it went away. I agree, very distracting!

Have that already some still show banners and it’s not all the time.
