Organizing applications on iPhone desktops as before

I would like to ask if there is now a technical way to organize items on the desktop (create folders, delete them, move applications into them, and delete applications from an application), as was previously possible? That is, similar to how it was done before using iTunes (and now using Finder), to move these objects around with the mouse on the computer.

When you have a large number of widgets and icons on the desktop, it can be quite difficult to do so.

If you have a Mac download Apple Configurator from the Mac app store. Configurator’s primary purpose is to manage a large number of iPhones, such as company phones. But one of its capabilities is to arrange the iPhone home screen, and you can ignore its other capabilities.
