My 2 yr old son has disabled my daughter's iPhone, is there any way to get back into it without having to take it into a shop? I know the passcode but it no longer gives me the option to use it. iPhone SE Version: iOS 15.8

You don’t have to take it into a shop, and if you did all they would do is follow the instructions below, which you can do yourself:
If your device has iOS 15.2 or later installed, you can reset it without a computer; check out this link→How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support. Otherwise you will need a computer:

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.

Well, we don’t know what “disabled” means exactly, or what you see, or anything else.
