How do I reduce it because my photos are at 332.2MB I only have 5 pictures now. My iMessage has 112.5MB I only have 8 contacts
and my third highest is my contacts that’s I deleted and it’s 12.8MB

Sometimes you need to wait a bit because iOS is lagging with updating storage space ... and sometimes you need to restart the device. There is a possibility that your iCloud backup is full you should also check that. But first try restaring iPhone and updating it to newest iOS.
also double check Recently deleted in Photos maybe photos are still there
if that doesn’t help only thing i can think of is reseting iPhone to factory settings … 😔
to delete cache go to iphone storage and scroll down to app icons tap on any app u want to delete cache to open and delete

Maybe an app is having big cache issue or something ... Have you tried updating iOS maybe ?
if restarting doesn’t help must try iOS update or deleting cache from apps one by one ☹️
