Final Cut Pro X,"error 41562" when I try to export

I just recently started getting this error in the middle of a long project. The only thing I can think of that I did any different before it began happening was that I was exporting multiple projects, realized I made a mistake and stopped them in the middle of the export to fix it. Soon after, I started getting the 41562 error saying something about a frame. I tried everything I could find online to fix it, but the only thing that worked was to uninstall, and reinstall FCP. Hopefully this will save someone the time of going through everything I did.
