Mac Service and Repair can likely help you: Your Mac laptop battery can be replaced for a service fee.

Also: Apple Authorised Service Providers :
If you can go to a nearby service provider, they can set their own fees, so ask them for an estimate.

In some regions you may be able to send the laptop to an Apple Mail-in Repair depot for service in or out of warranty as long as the computer is not considered "Vintage". I'm not sure if Apple will allow mail-in repairs for devices Apple has marked "Vintage".
With some newer models, more technical users may be able to repair their own laptop through Apple's new Self Repair Program, however, this option is only available in certain regions and only for certain models.
If you laptop is considered "Obsolete", then a third party battery replacement is the only option available. However, it is not always that easy to perform depending on the exact model of the Mac. The quality of third party Lithium batteries is extremely poor even when purchased from a reputable vendor such as OWC or iFixIt. These would be the only two vendor I would trust for purchasing a third party Lithium battery. OWC even recommends to have the battery replaced by a professional hardware repair technician.
