Why IPhone doesn’t have the “special” for every iPhone walllaper like it was and it’s old wallpapers?

When I updated to the update with the new wallpaper designs I los my original iPhone 12 bubble wallpapers which I really like. These wallpapers are only lost to iPhone up to iPhone 14 in iPhone 14 you have the “special” wallpapers. Also there are no wallpapers from previous iOS like iOS 6 or 10 which really like and if you transfer your data from you old iPhone SE to and iPhone 12 the old wallpapers appear meaning they are in the system. Can I have an explanation for this?
