Iphone 14 pro max Crashing

I’m having issue with my Iphone 14 pro max, it keeps on shutting down every few minutes it takes sometimes up to 1-2-3-6 hours to turn back on.

I tried the restore using iTunes.. same results

I did deep repair for the iphone and it was successfully completed… but same results.

I’m on the latest IOS Version 17.4.1

I checked the analytics Data and this is the error I keep getting in resetcount:
