How do I identify charges on my Apple ID account?

I don't understand what I was just charged for? I just got charged $2.00 five minutes ago. Why?

  • Check here: Subscriptions and Billing - Official Apple Support
  • If you recently added a payment method, a Pending charge may be posted for a small dollar amount to verify it is a valid payment method. This Pending charge will never be processed and removed usually in a day or two.
  • If neither of those helped, then contact Apple directly and they will be able to assist. We have no access to your account, so not able to give anymore details.
