Is Apple censoring reviews for App Store?

I have tried to post many reviews for a bad app on App Store and they are sending but not posting- is Apple censoring this again? Did they put an AI in charge that is filtering out the bad reviews? It’s enough to make me leave Apple products all together!

I lost all my data from the update of the Simple Edit app by developer James Froggatt, but I can’t warn others of the problem! This lack of Customer Service will be Apple’s ending.

There are millions of negative reviews on the App Store. If Apple is removing a particular review, it may be because it violates the App Store rules. Such as using vile language. But normally, what the user posts, stays.

Just as an example, I opened the App Store and randomly did a search for ad blockers. Then scrolled through the choices to find one people don't like. A winner was, TOR Browser + VPN + Ad Blocker. Lots of (actually, mostly) negative reviews.
