Accidently deleted Safari om Mac

if you did indeed manage to delete Safari your only option is to reinstall macOS. There is no standalone installer for Safari as it is considered to be part of macOS.

Did you accidentally deleted it from the Dock? If so it was not deleted at all. The Dock contains pointers to the actually app, not the app itself. Look in your Applications folder and I’ll bet it’s still there.
