My phone keeps on saying no service but then comes back on and off threw out the day is my phone done for ?

First check with your carrier, you may have a failing SIM card.
If everything checks out with them, then it could be your phone. There was a known issue with the iPhone 7 and the phone's hardware. They were repairing it for free for a while but that program has ended a while back.
