I need a .pem file. A .cer file is generated by the Apple Push Certificates Portal.
I can't find where to get the file in the correct format for renewing my push certificate.

Hey there! I can not say for certain as far as exporting it as a PEM -- a quick Google search indicates there may be some unofficial workarounds with varying levels of success.
