iTunes Pass is unusable

I have a balance on an iTunes Pass which shows up on my wallet but it looks like it has been expired since 2022. When I add funds to my Apple Id, it goes from my card and not the pass. How would I use the balance on the iTunes pass?

You’ll need to reach out to Apple Support. My understanding is iTunes Passes have all expired. If you’re in the US please call 1-800-MY-APPLE or outside the US, consult the support article below.
