I have been trying to download a variety of different apps for the past 2 months but i have been unable to do so. I have tried resetting my phone, making more storage, logging in and out of the app store yet i haven’t been able to fix the problem

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
After a successful Force Restart, as shown above, try and download an App from the App Store.

Which iPhone do you have? Which iOS is installed on it? How much free storage space do you have on it?
Open Settings ➡️ General ➡️ About ➡️ Available: Here, you will see the available free storage space on your iPhone.

Are there any error notifications that you see on your screen when you attempt to download an app from the App Store?

No, once i press get and confirm my face ID instead of downloading it goes back to saying get
I have the Iphone 13, i’m on IOS 17.4.1 with 21.12GB left if storage
Once i have confirmed my Face ID, instead of the app downloading it goes back to saying get. I have tried the force reset and i am still unable to download apps
