Too many computers authorized, but I only have 1 device showing

I want to authorize my Mac for my music, but it complains the device is not authorized.

When I try to authorize my Mac, it complains, `Too many computers authorized`, but I only have 1 device showing.

So, I am not able to de-authorize it since it shows only one device, and I am not able to authorize it since it is complaining! Does it sound like a chicken and egg problem? Any hint or advice?
