What do I do if my account is comprised.?

I can’t change my password or my security settings it’s like someone has access

Account cannot be unlock due to unknown security informations I can't unlock my account. I know the password, but my account is "locked" for security reasons. I don't know why, I just wanted to cancel a subscription and the issue popped up. To unlock it I had to enter my birthday, but the date I write down seems to be false. The locked account is obviously not the account I am writing this post.

Here’s the thing, whenever I take the phone to Apple it starts to work correctly.
