FRAUDALENT TRANSACTION THROUGH APPLE PAY

I had a fraudulent transaction of AED 25350 using my Emirates Islamic credit card. I raised a dispute with the bank and the bank said the amount could not able to reversed since it had gone through Apple Pay. I am 100% sure I didn't share OTP with anyone, and. I am well aware of the importance of it. Three transactions happened in 3 mins from Saudi Arabia with SAR currency, When I check Apple pay transaction on my device, I couldn't find those transactions. More importantly, I had linked my credit card on one apple device and OTP is coming to another device. So scammer need to get access to 2 device to access card information and OTP. It so weird, I feel there is some issue with anti fraud system on Emirates Islamic bank. Already raised the issue to the police and central bank and they are investigating it. Not expecting any positive new for it. All top of it bank charged interest for my scammed amount and I need to pay all outstanding amount of AED 27000+ in next cycle.

Weird thing is:

Even for netflix, WhatsApp they keep alert us new device got added and they provide facility to show all linked devices. They also provide easier way to remove device from list. Why the **** bank not displaying all linked devices of credit in easier way. Als alert user that already use credit card in wallet more active way when someone adding same card to new device.

Bank always need people to use digital instead of paper currency and the service they provide to restrict fraud is few. The profit entities making by converting paper to digital is huge, At least some percentage should be used for fraud restriction. Scammers are way ahead of our current system.

I lost AED 27000+ without any action from my side. I can understand, If i provide OTP to someone and gone through all these.
