Sometimes when openeing Numbers the Zoom factor of the spread sheets is increased.
Why is it doing that?
How can I fix that?

Are you using a trackpad? If so, very easy to inadvertently zoom via unintended gestures.

I am unable to replicate the problem. The default zoom level appears to be 125% (for me anyway) unless set otherwise and is a sheet setting, not for the entire spreadsheet. Is it going to 125% or is it zooming past that? Are you sharing/using this spreadsheet on multiple devices or sometimes on iCloud? I don't know if that matters, just a thought.
I experience this issue when switching between multiple tables in one sheet. Every time I switch from one to another, the zoom increases. It is rather annoying, especially when you're trying to do work and have to switch between tables multiple times
No Track Pad, only mouse.
