2 step verification "tap yes" popup no longer working since I switched phones

I just got a new Iphone, I transferred all my data, and I'm trying to log into Google Calendar on it, and it tells me to open the Google app and wait for the prompt and tap yes, but on my old phone. I figured that out once I tried opening it on this phone and nothing happened, and then I read carefully and I realized it was talking about my old phone. How can I switch it so the prompt shows up on my new phone?
