I have read few similar question and its reply/solution but for me, it does not work.
I’m currently in Malaysia. Our Hijri dates will be slight +-1 day with Saudi Arabia region.
So for us in Malaysia region, how to change or edit the Hijri dates?

The included Hijri calendar is a “subscription” calendar; only the creator can edit it. If you search the Internet for “hijri calendar" you can probably find a more local subscription calendar that you can download, then turn off the Middle Eastern calendar by tapping Calendars in the calendar app and unchecking it.
Unfortunately, iPhones don't allow directly editing or updating the Hijri calendar itself. The Islamic calendar displayed on your iPhone relies on a reference region, and due to variations in moon sighting, there can be a one-day difference between some regions.
